Organic vegetable stock
The stock is obtained by adding vegetables to boiling water, then packaged in Tetra Packs following sterilisation. Brodoè is stock made from ingredients from organic agriculture according to a traditional recipe. It does not contain any preservatives or additives. Brodoè is ready for use to create excellent soups, making tasty risottos creamy, adding flavour to roasts and stews, preparing tasty and savoury sauces, soups and delicious cream soups. Ingredients:
Vegetable stock: cooking water, vegetables 9,1% (carrots*, celery*, potatoes*, courgettes*, onions*) in variable proportions, parsley* 0,4%, yeast extract, salt.

Storage time:
Durability (Maximum Time of Consumption): 75 days. Keep the product in the refrigerator between + 2°C and 6°C. Once the package has been opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within three days.
How to use the product:
In a microwave: open the package and pour the required quantity of stock into a ceramic pot and heat for around a minute at 500W. On a gas hob or electric hotplate: open the package and pour the required quantity into a saucepan and heat for the required time. For soups: bring to the boil and add pasta, tortellini or passatelli to taste.
